Community Health improvement Plan Input wanted from Bernalillo County and Albuquerque residents

Request for Input: Community Health Improvement Plan

The Health Equity Council is requesting input from the Bernalillo County residents in order to understand their health needs and concerns. By sharing your experiences, you will help create a healthier community for everyone. Your responses will guide the 2024 Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) to better address local challenges and improve access to important services. Measles can be serious. About 1 in 4 people who get measles will be hospitalized. 1 out of every 1,000 people with measles will develop brain swelling due to infection (encephalitis), which may lead to brain damage. 1 or 2 out of 1,000 people with measles will die, even with the best care.
