As the Americans with Disabilities Act emphasizes, people with disabilities have the right “to fully participate in all aspects of society”, and that includes voting. Federal law requires that voting be accessible, including for people who are blind or visually impaired. Like all voters, people with disabilities have the right to privacy and independence in casting their ballot.
