Maintaining social distancing outside of our houses is our new normal. That being said, it can be difficult to implement out in the practical world, especially for some individuals with disabilities. The need for social distancing during COVID-19 has highlighted the need for assistive technology for individuals who are blind or have low vision to help them maintain social distance while out in the world.
